Ohiopyle Community Events Association welcomes craft makers, food trucks, wineries, distilleries and specialty vendors to join our festivals and community events.

Vendor Guidelines

Insurance & Liability

  • Vendor must provide a current Certificate of Liability Insurance naming Ohiopyle Community Events Association (OCEA) and the Borough of Ohiopyle as additional insured.
  • Vendor assumes all liability for their business, staff, products, and equipment during the event.
  • OCEA, the Borough of Ohiopyle, and associated event partners are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage.

Fees & Payments

  • Vendor fees must be paid in full by the deadline provided in the acceptance email.
  • All fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by OCEA.

Set-up & Breakdown

  • Vendors must set up during designated load-in times provided by OCEA.
  •  All booths must remain open during festival/event hours. Early breakdown is not permitted.
  •  Vendor must remove all trash and materials from their space at the end of the event.

Booth & Space Rules

  • Vendors must confine all activities, displays, and inventory to their assigned space.
  •  Fire lanes, walkways, and emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
  • Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, and displays. Tents must be weighted or secured safely.

Compliance

  • Vendor must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
  • Food vendors must hold appropriate health permits and follow all food safety guidelines.
  • Vendors must adhere to any instructions given by OCEA staff, security, or borough officials.

Conduct

  • Vendors are expected to act in a professional and respectful manner toward customers, staff, and other vendors.
  • Any behavior deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive may result in immediate removal without refund.
